Dar ce este, de fapt, memoria asta muscular\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>Sunt multe ipostaze cotidiene \u00een care nu con\u0219tientiz\u0103m fiecare mi\u0219care din timpul desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii activit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i care sunt, de fapt, exemple de memorie motorie.
